The girl band, currently in the US recording their seventh studio album, will play at the event on August 8.
"We are absolutely delighted to confirm that Sugababes will be this year's headliner," event organiser Damien Bromage said.
"A lot of hard work has gone into securing this top-class act and I am confident that their concert will be the best show we have ever staged - something that the people of Ashfield can enjoy and be truly proud of."
Ashfield Show was established over 30 years ago and takes place at Sutton Lawn in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
