The jungle/2-step/hardcore outfit formed by supposedly rival farmers DJ Psylage and Farmer Giles Peterson have confirmed their appearance at the summer festival in Hampshire.
On their MySpace, the band announced: "Glade Hoe Down! After a lengthy break and several crop failures the Countryside Alliance are back!
"Playing their first show in three years, they will be headlining the Wrong Music afternoon at this year's Glade Festival - Saturday July 18."
They added: "With some freshly harvested dubplates and an elaborate stage show... prepare yourself for FARMER-GEDDON. Also... look out for the debut CAC release and music video in 2009!"
The 'farmcore' group claim that they were "brought together by a love for farming and a general concern for lack of rural representation in today's underground music scene".
