The American rapper knocks A.R. Rahman and Pussycat Dolls' 'Jai Ho!' off the top spot, while Black Eyed Peas chart at two with 'Boom Boom Pow'.
Lady GaGa's 'Love Game' climbs to fourth and Irish rock trio The Script move up to sixth with 'Breakeven'.
Elsewhere, Ronan Keating's covers record Songs For My Mother remains at number one on the album chart.
