The 'Not Fair' singer, who has recently completed a solo tour, claimed that she felt extra pressure because not all the crowd were there to see her.
"I think it's quite hard when you've just come off tour doing your own stuff and then coming to a festival where people are here not just to see you," she told BBC's Newsbeat.
"It's quite difficult to gage what sort of set to do, but I think we did alright."
The star performed a 13-song set which included a drum and bass remix of 'Smile', her cover of Britney Spears's 'Womanizer' and recent single 'The Fear', which sampled Kid Cudi's 'Day 'n' Nite'.
Allen added that she was able to enjoy some of the festival with her little sister by donning a disguise.
"It's been a really nice, family-based day," she said. "I walked Teddy Rose, my little sister around for a bit on my own. I just had my sunglasses on and jeans and a jacket and no-one recognised me. It was great."
