N-Dubz have claimed that their performance at Radio 1's Big Weekend gained them a new set of fans.

The 'Wouldn't You' singers insisted that they converted some of the audience who were not there to see them perform.

"They weren't all our fans out there in the crowd but we certainly converted those ones that weren't, we won them over." Dappy told BBC's Newsbeat.

"I see a lot of our fans in there, but I see a lot of other types of music, but I think we converted them, I think they enjoyed themselves very, very much!"

Speaking about the performance, singer Tulisa added: "I'm speechless."

The trio performed six songs at the event, including 'I Swear', 'Ouch', 'Papa Can You Hear Me' and their current chart-topper 'Number One' with Tinchy Stryder.
