The band's debut album will be released by Interscope Records, Access Hollywood reports.
"Taylor has an incredible presence and when she decided to make Interscope her musical home we were thrilled," said Jimmy Iovine, the chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M Records.
The Gossip Girl star said in a statement that partnering with Interscope and Iovine was "an honour".
The Pretty Reckless are scheduled to go on tour as the opening band for The Veronicas on a 24-date schedule which begins on May 9 in Nashville.
Momsen's co-star Leighton Meester also recently signed a record deal with Universal Republic and plans to release an album this autumn as well.
