The Glastonbury founder advised fans who are unable to get one of the last tickets for his event to instead consider a visit to the Matterley Bowl on July 16-19, Ravetalk reports.
Eavis said: "After a good few years the site has moved from Newbury to Winchester, a beautiful farm in a natural amphitheatre with lots more room - better access, and a lot less people living close by.
"The Glade Festival has lots of Glastonbury connections with thrills and feelings not dissimilar to our own, including programming and atmosphere that has form and reputation."
This year's Glade Festival is headlined by Underworld, Booka Shade and Squarepusher and also features performances from Venetian Snares, Juan Atkins and the Countryside Alliance Crew.
