It had previously emerged that the Dark Night Of The Soul collaboration would feature input from musicians including Iggy Pop and The Strokes' Julian Casablancas, as well as iconic movie director David Lynch.
The album will be limited to 5,000 copies and will be accompanied by a book of photographs by Lynch for a total retail price of £38.99, the NME reports.
It will be released in June.
