It had been reported that the pair had collaborated on a song called 'Silly Boy', which was leaked on to the internet through Kanye West's blog.
The lyrics had included the lines: "I said I'm not coming back. You fooled me once but you can't have that ego turning.
"Cause you had a good girl, good girl, girl. That's a keeper. You had a good girl, good girl but didn't know how to treat her... So silly boy get out my face. Why do you like the way regrets taste?"
Speaking to Us Weekly, a representative for Rihanna denied that the song belonged to her, while Lady GaGa's spokesperson added: "This isn't them. Total fake track."
Brown, 19, has pleaded not guilty to assault and making criminal threats in relation to an alleged altercation with Rihanna in February.
