Representatives for the singer have confirmed that he has finalised a contract that was four-weeks in the making, but declined to reveal with which record label, says Sky News.
The new LP will reportedly include songs that he was working on during his time in Los Angeles, as documented in ITV2's Katie & Peter: The Next Chapter Stateside.
Earlier this year, it was reported that three major record labels were fighting to sign Andre after being impressed with his new material.
His last solo album, The Long Road Back, only reached number 44 in the charts when it was released in 2004. However, a re-release of his 1996 song 'Mysterious Girl' and a new track 'Insania' fared better, reaching number one and three respectively.
He recently announced that he was splitting from wife Katie Price after nearly four years of marriage.
