Blur may play European, US shows

Steve Homer, vice-president of Live Nation UK, said that the group are looking into shows "in other territories".
The reunited Britpop band have already announced a string of shows in the UK, including headline slots at Glastonbury, T In The Park and Oxegen festivals and two dates at London's Hyde Park. Their only confirmed date outside of the UK is the Les Nuits de Fourviere festival in Lyon on July 5.
"There are no plans beyond T In The Park [July 12] and Oxegen [July 10]," Homer told Billboard. "They are talking about some American shows still in the same time frame. There are possibilities of some European ones as well."
He added: "The appeal of Blur is so potentially big, with the band themselves but also projects they have done since then and general interest in bands of that era."
