A total of 62 acts will play over 31 days at London's Roundhouse venue for the third anniversary of the free event.
Organisers said: "The iTunes Festival is a new type of music festival. Free to attend, running for the entire month of July and to be enjoyed from anywhere in the world via the web.
"Each performance will be recorded and available to download on iTunes."
The first dates and artists announced are as follows:
- July 4 - Flo Rida
- July 5 - Snow Patrol
- July 10 - Paolo Nutini
- July 21 - Oasis
- July 22 - Kasabian
- July 27 - The Saturdays
