No reason has yet been given for the singer's decision to pull out of the concert, scheduled to take place on May 31 at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire, NME reports.
The event would have marked the star's second show of 2009, after she made a brief comeback at the St. Lucia Jazz Festival earlier this month, only for her set to be cut short due to torrential rain.
In a statement, her management said: "Amy would like to apologise to her fans who bought tickets for the shows.
"[We] regretfully announce that Amy and her band will no longer be performing at the Shepherd's Bush Empire."
It is understood that refunds will be given at the point of purchase.
