'Bonkers', his collaboration with DJ Armand Van Helden, debuts at number one after becoming the fastest-selling single of the year earlier this week.
It is the second UK number one for the rapper - real name Dylan Mills - who previously reached the top with 'Dance Wiv Me', a 2008 collaboration with Calvin Harris.
Black Eyed Peas slip to two with 'Boom Boom Pow', while Tinchy Stryder and N-Dubz fall to three with 'Number One'.
Meanwhile, Daniel Merriweather notches up his second consecutive top ten single after debuting at five with 'Red'.
Eurovision champion Alexander Rybak also enters the top ten, landing at ten with his winning song 'Fairytale', but Jade Ewen can only climb from 50 to 27 with the UK's Eurovision entry, 'It's My Time'.
