Lily Allen moves up to fourth with 'Not Fair' and Pink's latest single 'Bad Influence' charts at nine.
Meanwhile, on the album chart Eminem's Relapse LP debuts at number one, holding off Green Day's 21st Century Breakdown, which enters at two.
