According to MTV News, the 'Single Ladies' star will set aside 2,000 seats on each date of her tour, with the exception of her four-night residency in Las Vegas.
A press release said that the move had been taken to make the concerts more affordable for fans in light of the current economic situation.
Other musicians to have taken similar action include Taylor Swift, U2, No Doubt and Blink-182.
The tour, in support of her latest LP I Am...Sasha Fierce, will kick off in New York on June 21, before ending with her extended stint in Las Vegas in August.
