Noisettes 'amazed' to play with Richie

Noisettes have confirmed that they have been added to the bill of this year's Capital FM Summertime Ball.

The band will play alongside Lionel Richie, Leona Lewis, The Saturdays, Katy Perry and others at the concert at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium in London on June 7, PA reports.

Drummer Jamie Morrison said: "We met Lionel at the Brits this year, and to be playing a show with him at the Emirates Stadium is amazing.

"We're doing pretty much all the festivals - Glastonbury, V, Oxegen, T In The Park."

£100,000 of the proceeds raised from the sold-out event will be donated to the Help A London Child charity.
