Allen, who is working with Brown on his upcoming album, has said that the R&B star is "focused" and is prepared to do whatever it takes to "please" his fans.
The songwriter told People: "Chris is trying different things and experimenting. We've been making things really eclectic. The direction of this album is really fun and freespirited. It's like a collage."
In regards to Brown's recent low profile, Allen added: "You want to go away so your audience can miss you some.
"But he's so happy and ready for this next album to break through and make a big impact. He wants this to be his masterpiece. He's predicting this will be his biggest album."
The album has a tentative title of Graffiti, and will reportedly be released in 2010.
