Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr were joined by John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono and George Harrison's widow Olivia at the premiere, the BBC reports.
Starr said: "The game is good, the graphics are very good, and we were great."
McCartney added: "We love the game, it's fantastic. Whoever thought we would end up as androids?"
The title, to be released on September 9, features 45 songs - from 'I Saw Her Standing There' to 'Get Back' - and depicts locations including the Cavern Club in Liverpool and Shea Stadium in New York.
Gamers can also buy 'All You Need Is Love' via Xbox Live, with all proceeds from sales of the song going to Doctors Without Borders.
Starr and McCartney recently performed together at a benefit concert for the David Lynch Foundation.
