Saturdays star injured during live show
Saturdays singer Vanessa White has been injured during a live show in Dundee.

The 19-year-old star fell down some stairs and twisted her ankle shortly after first appearing on stage.

Returning 20 minutes later to sing Rihanna cover 'Shut Up And Drive', White remarked: "Thank you so much to everybody. I twisted my ankle. One minute I was there and the next I was off."

Commenting on the injury, a fan told the Daily Record: "Vanessa looked to be in real pain when she slipped on the stairs. Although she wasn't visible, you could still hear her voice for a few more bars of the song whilst the other four in the band continued to perform."

The concert was the second date in the girlband's first headline tour.

In a message posted on her Twitter page, White later said: "There was no way I was going to miss it!!! Thanks everyone for you kind messages! Still had a great time and i will never forget this lol xx"

The Saturdays release new single 'Work' on June 29.
