The 'In For The Kill' duo will headline the Festival Republic stage at the event on Saturday at Leeds and Sunday at Reading.
Other names revealed include The Blackout, Soulsavers featuring Mark Lanegan, Black Lips and The Rumble Strips.
Organisers said: "On this stage some of the greatest rock 'n' roll stories begin and, this year, here's who will be writing their names into the history of the greatest rock 'n' roll show on earth."
Reading and Leeds take place on August 28, 29 and 30 and will be headlined by Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys and Kings Of Leon.
