The Welsh group, whose headline show marked their only festival appearance this year, joked that performing on an island meant the audience could not escape listening to them.
"We're playing some new songs including 'Innocent'," Kelly Jones told the Daily Star. "It's hard for 55,000 to escape from an island," he added.
Earlier this year, the group extended their contract with V2 Records, a subsidiary of Universal Records. They were the first group to be signed to the record label in 1997 after being signed up by Richard Branson.
The band released greatest hits collection Decade In The Sun - Very Best Of last November, which includes the hits 'Dakota', 'Just Looking' and 'Maybe Tomorrow'.
