The supermodel took to the stage with Gilmour to sing George Gershwin's 'Summertime' at the London fundraiser after securing a bid of £47,600 for the duet.
"No-one could believe what was happening," one onlooker told the Daily Mail.
"Kate really got into it. She dropped to her knees as she belted out the lyrics, and ended up writhing on her back. It was an electrifying performance."
Moss had been at the event, a celebrity version of Britain's Got Talent, in a judging capacity alongside Jeremy Clarkson and Louis Walsh.
Other bids included £48,350 to hear Moss's boyfriend Jamie Hince collaborate with Lily Allen on 'Dream A Little Dream' and £8,000 for Will Young to ballet dance in a fat suit.
The evening, organised by the Hoping Foundation, raised £500,000 for various causes.
