The Tyne and Wear five-piece play the newly-created William Green area at the Queen's Head on June 25 before performing on the Other Stage on June 27.
Singer Paul Smith said: "We were trying to decide what songs to play over the two sets and we thought why not let the public decide?
"We wanted the show to be fun and we don't like to take ourselves too seriously. All of our songs were written for a reason, so we’ll be happy to play any one of them."
Facebook users can choose any tracks from the band's three albums or B-sides on the official Maximo Park page, and the top ten songs will be played when they open the stage at 4pm.
