The move follows the release of deluxe versions of Pablo Honey, The Bends and OK Computer earlier this year.
The new editions will include B-sides and live songs on an extra disc, while Special Collector's Editions will also feature a DVD of music videos and TV appearances.
Capitol recently issued 180g vinyl reissues of Radiohead's albums and followed their release with a number of vinyl singles.
The label was criticised by frontman Thom Yorke last year for its decision to release a best-of compilation without the band's consent.
Radiohead left EMI after the release of Hail To The Thief in 2003 and released follow-up In Rainbows via their own website in 2007.
