The speculation was sparked after a track called 'Not My Fault', which detailed the turbulent relationship between a couple, leaked on to the internet.
In a statement, Jive Records said: "Countering misleading reports of 'new' Chris Brown music, there are no 'new' songs from Chris Brown currently being promoted by Chris or his record label.
"There are several old demos circulating that are being falsely promoted as new material from Chris."
Brown, 20, recently pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna following a violent altercation in February. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and six months of community service.
He is currently working on his third studio LP Graffiti, which is scheduled for release later this year.
