The synth-pop duo - Elly Jackson and Ben Langmaid - debut at number one this week with 'Bulletproof'.
Their previous single 'In For The Kill' peaked at number two in April and has since become the third best-seller of 2009 behind Lady GaGa's 'Poker Face' and 'Just Dance'.
Last week's number one, 'When Love Takes Over' by David Guetta and Kelly Rowland, slips to two, while Black Eyed Peas remain at three with 'Boom Boom Pow'.
'Paparazzi', the latest single from Lady GaGa, leaps from eight to a new peak of four.
Meanwhile, a total of 20 Michael Jackson singles re-enter the top 75 this week following the singer's death on Thursday, led by 'Man In The Mirror' at eleven.
