The newly-reformed band have been forced to reschedule their UFC 100 concert in Las Vegas on July 10, following a reported disagreement over DVD rights and the venue.
In a statement, the group said: "Truth is UFC and Interscope Records could not come to an agreement on certain DVD rights.
"The UFC were also unhappy with LB's decision of wanting to switch the performance from the Beach at Mandalay Bay, with its inappropriate layout for a heavy rock concert... to a more standard concert venue."
The rockers went on to say that they remained "huge UFC fans" and were currently trying to arrange an alternative performance on the same night "out of respect" for their fans. Details of the new venue have yet to be released.
Limp Bizkit's show in Las Vegas will mark their only US gig until they finish recording their new album, which is scheduled to be completed later this year.
