Tito, Jermaine, Jackie and Marlon may be joined by sisters Janet and La Toya at the show, believed to be booked for London's O2 arena on July 13, the New York Post reports.
A family member said: "We might do the 13th or a date in August with Jan and Toya. We may rehearse after the funeral. It'll be good and we'll do it right for Michael."
Another source added: "Michael would have wanted the show to go on and that's what we're doing. We are not giving up on Michael because Michael would not give up on his fans."
The concert will reportedly incorporate video culled from footage of Michael's rehearsals for his cancelled 'This Is It' shows, as well as using its sets, costumes and dance routines.
Michael first shot to fame in the late 1960s with his brothers as part of The Jackson 5 when their debut Motown release 'I Want You Back' topped the US charts.
