Brighton-born Freeland has claimed that the beat from his song 'Mancry' was copied on Black Eyed Peas song 'Party All The Time', which is included on their new album The E.N.D.
Writing on his Twitter, he said: "OK. Check this. Listen to our song 'Mancry'. Now listen to Black Eyed Peas 'Party All The Time' WTF! (What the f**k!)"
Freeland has yet to take legal action against the group, but lawyers for both sides have been in touch, according to Contactmusic.
In 2007, Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am was forced to drop an excerpt from Daft Punk's 'All Around The World' from his solo single 'I Got It From My Momma'.
