The August 29 show would take place at the O2 arena, the venue originally booked for Jackson's cancelled 50-date residency in the capital, thelondonpaper reports.
AEG Live president Randy Phillips said: "We are determined that the world sees the show that would have taken place at the O2 arena. It was Michael's last creative vision.
"I'm not kidding. It would have been spectacular. This show would have reminded everyone what a truly great artist he was. We've got the sets, the costumes, everything. The world has got to see this."
Phillips recently insisted that AEG will not go bankrupt as a result of Jackson's death last month.
