According to The Mirror, the troubled singer wants to return home to the UK - despite the fact that her bosses spent "tens of thousands of pounds" to allow her to record a new album on the island.
Winehouse jetted off for a Christmas break on the Caribbean isle on December 21 and has since spent much of her time enjoying herself there.
It is believed that the star has now decided to come home after growing bored of St Lucia, leaving her record company "furious".
A source revealed: "She's been banned from hotels, the bars don't want her there and locals see her as a nuisance when she's drunk.
"Her friends have all left and gone back home, her mum and dad couldn't stay in St Lucia with her as she was acting up too much.
"She's lonely and wants to get back to what she knows. But she has to knuckle down. She's on a very fine line with the label and has pushed them almost as far as they will go."
Recent reports have claimed that Winehouse is banned from swimming and adopting stray dogs on the island.
