Little Boots 'working on soundtrack'

Little Boots has said that she is working on the soundtrack to a major Hollywood film.

The electropop singer told Metro that she is also planning to tour Australia and Japan after her visit to the US.

She said: "I have actually starting working on a film soundtrack. I can't say what it is just yet but it's quite a big film."

Regarding comparisons to other female musicians, she added: "Pixie Lott is a million miles away from La Roux or me.

"Everyone just puts us in the same genre but we are all just female. We don't really have anything in common. We're all very different artists."

Little Boots recently announced a full UK tour this October.
