Co-headliners Snow Patrol had played their set on the main stage an hour late at 8pm in order to give the Blur guitarist more time to recover.
Blur then took to the stage at 10.15pm, almost an hour and a half later than scheduled, NME reports.
After playing set opener 'She's So High', frontman Damon Albarn told the crowd: "We nearly didn't make it. Graham literally walked out of a hospital to come here. He's alright. This is our last gig."
The band played a total of 15 songs including 'Girls And Boys', 'Coffee And TV', 'This Is A Low' and closer 'The Universal'.
