Nicole Scherzinger prefers music to sex

Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger has insisted that music will always take priority over her love life.

The 31-year-old singer, who is currently involved in a relationship with Formula 1's Lewis Hamilton, revealed her attitude towards life and love in an interview with The Observer.

Speaking to the newspaper, Scherzinger explained: "Sex is not important to me but making love is - but music is more important. Having my relationship so much in the spotlight definitely makes things interesting."

Asked if she is satisfied with her current commitments, she replied: "Yes, I'm happy. It's hard because you always want the next thing - you're always expecting so much of life and of yourself - but I've really learned in the past year how to be happy in the moment."

Scherzinger added that she would be willing to seek help from a therapist if her personal life ever took a turn for the worse.

"I've never had it, but I'd consider it for the future, sure," she confirmed. "I would use whatever help was available - I think we all should."

The star has previously admitted that she is hoping to marry Hamilton in the near future.
