The N*E*R*D star is being sued for allegedly ripping off little-known group Geggy Tah's 1996 track 'Whoever You Are' for a song he wrote for rap duo Clipse called 'All I Wanna Do (Feel Like Me)' in 2007.
According to entertainment news site TMZ, the California-based act's co-founder Thomas Jordan filed the suit in a US federal court earlier this week and is seeking unspecified damages.
In a separate incident, Williams was recently named as a defendant in a case regarding water leakage from his Miami penthouse.
