According to PA, the track - named 'Home' - will be available for download from iTunes on July 28.
It is expected that all profits from the single will be donated to the AIDS Project LA charity, which was supported by pop icon Michael before his death on June 25.
A publicity picture for the song apparently shows La Toya and her brother dressed in white together.
The former Playboy model has fuelled conspiracy theories surrounding the death of the singer in recent days by alleging that he was murdered by plotters who were desperate for his fortune.
It has also been claimed that she is planning to name the people she deems responsible if justice is not served.
