Tennant: 'JLS have star quality'

The star has previously slammed the quality of acts produced by reality television but described the four-piece as having "star quality".
"I've not heard much of their stuff but I've read a lot about them," he told the Daily Star.
"I think it's a fascinating thing because when I saw them I thought they had real star quality."
Tennant earlier criticised the BBC for scrapping Top Of The Pops, insisting that new acts like JLS were not given enough support.
JLS's debut single 'Beat Again' reached number one last Sunday, shifting over 100,000 copies in its first week of release.
