The 'Get Sexy' group cancelled an appearance after band members Heidi Range and Amelle Berrabah were diagnosed with a "severe bout of flu".
The pair will be reassessed by medical professionals later in the week before resuming promotion for their new track.
Writing on her Twitter yesterday, Range thanked fans for their support: "Thanks for your lovely messages. Getting lots of rest on my sofa and thinking this would be a good time to start the Sopranos collection x."
The group were scheduled to perform alongside acts including Sophie Ellis Bextor, Little Boots, Dizzee Rascal and JLS.
