The guitarist joked that his younger sibling must have been on his "man period" during the gig, describing the show as "very odd".
Liam ranted and swore at the audience after a member of the crowd hurled a beer at him as he walked on stage. The singer then reportedly mocked Camden residents in "pointy shoes", a "fat" student, his brother and sulked at the back of the stage during various points of the performance.
Writing on his blog about the show, Noel said: "Well that gig at The Roundhouse was..erm..very odd.
"What'siz'name exploded with pretend rage the minute he walked on. Strange cat. Probably on his man period. Saying that, it was a full moon'n'all.
"Didn't notice him getting any more hairy though. Mind you, those that were there seemed to enjoy it, so..y'know, onwards and sideways (sic)."
He added: "Didn't stick around after the gig. Just couldn't be arsed. Too many squares for my liking."
Noel attempted to calm his brother during the gig, commenting before he played B-side 'Half The World Away': "We'd like to do a slow number for you so we could all just calm down. Everybody just take a deep breath, pretend it's not happening."
