Burke to shoot music video in Los Angeles

Alexandra Burke has announced that she is shooting the music video to her new single in Los Angeles.

The 'Hallelujah' singer confirmed that she is flying out to the US city in order to complete her debut album, expected for release later this year.

"I fly to LA very soon to shoot the video and do loads more finishing touches on everything," she wrote on her blog.

"Things have been very hectic, working very very hard!! But having so much fun at the same time.

"I cannot wait to share my music with you all… That time is not far away! It's unreal how excited I am!"

Despite a number of leaked songs appearing online recently, the singer insisted that no decision had been made on which song to release.

"We have nearly chosen what the first single is going to be and I'm extremely happy with it," she said.

Burke is rumoured to have worked with producers including Pharrell Williams, Stargate, Timbaland, Red One and Jay-Z on her debut album.
