Scarlett and Viva McPherson, who supported their dad's band on recent tour dates, are planning to launch their own pop careers, confirmed the ska icon.
"They're on the verge of getting a record deal," he told the Daily Star. "They're starting to take it seriously and are getting some notice. They had a song in the film Adulthood."
He joked: "My only advice for them would be: 'Don't do it'."
Meanwhile, Suggs also confessed that he is keen to quickly follow up his group's recent success with their The Liberty Of Norton Folgate LP.
"It's terrifying to think of a new record because this one was such hard work. But I'd like to get something done really quickly, myself," he added.
"We've got such a momentum with this record doing so well, it would be interesting to see what would happen if we tried to do a new album in record time."
