Graham Coxon has said that Blur have discussed more live shows and mentioned the possibility of new material.

The guitarist told XFM that he and frontman Damon Albarn had spoken about the future of the band since their recent reunion shows.

Coxon said: "We're talking about doing some more shows abroad... I'm not sure how much I can say about that, but we're definitely talking about it."

Regarding reports that the band may go back into the studio together, he added: "I think I said, that'd be quite good fun. That's as far as it's gone.

"We didn't bother really talking about it, we were just having a good time. We didn't want to put any adverse 'Gs' on to it."

Blur's bassist Alex James said last month that the group had not yet spoken about the possibility of working together after their summer concerts.
