Will Young to release 'Hits' album

Will Young has announced that he will release his first retrospective album on November 16.

The Hits will feature 12 of the Pop Idol star's UK chart singles alongside two new tracks whose titles have yet to be revealed.

The tracklisting draws from all four of Young's studio albums - 2002's From Now On, 2003's Friday's Child, 2005's Keep On and 2008's Let It Go - and includes the number one singles 'Evergreen', 'Light My Fire' and 'Leave Right Now'.

However, as Young told DS earlier this year, there is no place for 'The Long and Winding Road', his chart-topping duet with fellow Pop Idol contestant Gareth Gates.
