The grime artists will play the Paul Hamlyn Hall on September 5 with Emeli Sandé and Portico Quartet as part of the 2009 Deloitte Ignite festival.
Organisers of the Time Out-curated event said: "Our panel of editors has approached the artists who have excited us most to create works that will reveal the hidden dimensions of this world-famous institution.
"We've chosen the mirror as our theme... so we invite you into our looking-glass world with its dazzling range of moods and provocative perspectives. Let us know your reflections."
The previous day will see the same venue host The Lying Down Concert, while the event will close on September 6 with Jonny Woo's Ballo In Mascara with Bourgeois and Maurice.
