La Roux 'feel sorry for Little Boots'

The 'In For The Kill' singer claimed that the media creates too much hype about new artists who are then expected to secure bestselling records.
"The reaction she got was so unfair. Hype can be a very dangerous thing, it can accelerate people's expectations," she told the Daily Star.
She added: "We felt the same about our album but we have got away with it."
Little Boots, who topped the BBC Sound of 2009 poll, released her debut album Hands in June, which peaked at number five.
La Roux's self-titled debut was held off the top spot by Michael Jackson last month. The duo's second single 'Bulletproof' reached number one in June.
