The ex-Smiths frontman, who released his Greatest Hits last year, will have his solo singles and B-sides compiled into two boxsets of seven-inch vinyl.
The first set features ten chronological tracks dating from 1988 to 1991, and will be available from October 12. The collection, expected to be called The 7" Singles '88 – 91, will comprise the bulk of his work that came immediately after The Smiths and includes songs such as 'Suedehead', 'Everyday Is Like Sunday', 'Piccadilly Palare', 'November Spawned A Monster' and 'The Last Of The Famous International Playboys'.
The second set is titled The HMV/Parlophone Singles '91 – '95 and is due on November 2. Spanning his work throughout the 1990s, it will include singles such as 'We Hate It When Our Friends Become Successful', 'Certain People I Know', 'The More You Ignore Me The Closer I Get' and 'You're The One For Me, Fatty'.
Both releases come in commemorative lift-off-lid boxes, and each single sleeve is a reproduction of the original artwork.
Earlier this year, Morrissey announced that he is considering retiring from music within the next five years.
