The group, made up of Ben Adams, Mark Read and Christian Ingebrigtsen, performed 'Take On Me' and 'Caught In The Middle' on Allsang på Grensen and hinted that they would consider launching a comeback.
"This was pretty spontaneous getting together like this," Read said. "Christian called us up and said there is this fantastic TV show we've been invited to come on and we all said yes."
"As far as an actual reunion, we haven't actually thought about it, but would people like to see a reunion?" he then asked, prompting cheers from the audience.
A1 rose to fame in 1999 with debut single 'Be The First To Believe' and enjoyed three Top 20 studio albums. They split in 2002 following the departure of original member Paul Marazzi.
Earlier this year, Adams finished fifth in Celebrity Big Brother 6.
