The 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl' singer is currently being treated for gastroenteritis and is apparently suffering from acute vomiting and dehydration, reports The Sun.
Cester collapsed after performing just two songs, before joking to the crowd that he had swine flu. He carried on performing, but passed out a second time and had to be taken to University College Hospital for tests.
Drummer Chris Cester took over vocals duties and the band played three more songs.
The Australian rock outfit are scheduled to play an acoustic show on Wednesday at Parker McMillan to promote their third studio album Shaka Rock.
