The Dead Weather announce UK tour

The Dead Weather have announced a full UK tour this October.

Tickets for the concerts by the supergroup, who released their debut album Horehound last month, will be available from 9am this Friday.

The band is fronted by The Kills' Alison Mosshart and features Jack White on drums, Dean Fertita of Queens Of The Stone Age on guitar and The Raconteurs' Jack Lawrence on bass.

The Dead Weather play the following dates this autumn:

  • October 19 - Manchester, Academy
  • October 21 - Newcastle, O2 Academy
  • October 22 - Edinburgh, Picture House
  • October 23 - Leeds - O2 Academy
  • October 25 - Bristol - O2 Academy
  • October 26 - Birmingham, O2 Academy
  • October 29 - London, Brixton O2 Academy
